How do I make an appointment for a nutritional
evaluation?
Feel free to call our office at 505-888-6138.
We would be happy to answer any of your questions and schedule your
appointment. If you are an out-of-state patient
looking to work remotely with the doctor, please give us a call at
505-888-6138 to schedule a phone consultation. We will ask that
you complete the New
Patient Entrance Forms found on our New
Patients page and either fax or mail them to us prior to your
scheduled phone consultation. Our fax number and mailing address
can be found on our Contact Us
page.
What should I bring
with me to my first appointment?
Please print and complete the
New
Patient Entrance Forms found on our New
Patients page and bring them with you to your first appointment.
Please bring any current lab work results and a list of any
current medications or supplements you are taking. You do not
need to physically bring any supplements or prescriptions
you are currently taking with you, a list will do.
I take supplements
already. Can the doctor test me for their effectiveness?
Dr. Redd is happy to help you select the supplements most effective
for you. You may bring the supplements you are currently taking
with you to your third (3rd) appointment. This will give your body
adequate time to adjust to your nutritional program so that the doctor
can accurately evaluate if they are effective for you in your body's
current condition.
I have an FSA
(Flexible Spending Account). Can you supply me with the information I need in order to
submit a claim?
We are happy to help you with your FSA claims. Please let us
know when you arrive at your first appointment that you need
documentation to submit. You will need to remind us at each
appointment. We will supply you with the information your FSA
requires. We ask that you submit "as you go" and not wait until
the annual deadline to submit for reimbursements.
Do
you accept insurance for your nutritional services?
Unfortunately, no insurance program that we are aware of covers
nutritional services.
Please see our Insurance Information page for
more information.

a few. Dr. Redd selects supplements that are whole food
concentrates, nutriceuticals, homeopathic, herbal or a combination
